The cost of each CD is $25.00 plus $3.50 for postage and handling in US
($5.00 for multiple orders of 2-4 CD's), $7.00 international ($5.00 Canada & Mexico),
Unless otherwise noted in the item description.

VIRGINIANS MUST ADD 5% SALES TAX (do not add in shipping cost to calculate sales tax)
or send a completed VA Department of Taxation form ST-10 if tax exempt.

When you actually place an order, I require payment before shipping. Individual customers (as opposed to institutions) please remit with initial order.
Send cashiers checks or money orders for faster service. Personal checks will generally have to clear before shipping. Payment must be in US funds.
