BURLESQUE PHOTOS OF HARLEM NEW YORK CITY DANCERS c1950s
Lot of THREE PHOTOS, two are AFRICAN AMERICAN / LATINO? dancers from stage shows & one is a MOVIE STILL for HARLEM FOLLIES. The Harlem movie must have been made in the 1950s or early 1960s judging from the age of the photo. Logo at the bottom of the photos reads: FUTURITY FILM PRODUCTIONS presents HARLEM FOLLIES—CLASSIC PICTURES. No photographer or other ID on stage photos. Each photo measures about 8" x 10". Photos are in condition shown in scan (note that “tropical” photo has some craze lines and tack hole & slight tear on lower left edge, and “middle eastern” photo has slight lower right edge torn off.
