ORDERING INSTRUCTIONS AND GUARANTEE

If you would like to order an item please Email or call.

When you actually place an order, I require payment before shipping (I will hold your purchase for one week so that payment can be made). Individual customers (as opposed to institutions) please remit with initial order. Send cashiers checks or money orders for faster service. Personal checks will generally have to clear before shipping. Payment should be in US funds.

I am not currently set up to take credit cards. Check or money order only please.

For most items, shipping & handling in the US will be $6.50 plus the cost of postal insurance for the item.
(A few items may cost more or be postpaid as noted in their descriptions.)
I generally ship by USPS confirmed Priority Mail, unless other arrangements have been made.
VIRGINIANS MUST ADD 5.5% SALES TAX [5.5% of the cost of item(s) before adding shipping].
Because items are generally one of a kind EVERYTHING IS SUBJECT TO PRIOR SALE.
All orders taken in the order they are received.

Satisfaction with purchased item is guaranteed. For full refund (less shipping & any other charges), all items are returnable within 10 days for any reason if you follow these procedures:

1. Please call or E-mail before an item is returned.

2. Get appropriate return shipping instructions.

3. Item must arrive in the same condition it was sent to you.
