OLD 1910 UNIVERSITY OF ILLINOIS MILITARY DAY PROGRAM
Large, illustrated old ORDER OF THE DAY program for the University of Illinois Corps of Cadets Military Day, 30 May 1910. The four-page program measures about 9 x 12” and has a half-tone photo of Major General Edward C. Young of the Illinois National Guard as “guest of the University,” as well as Lieutenant Colonel Edmond Gustave Fechet, the Commandant of Cadets at UI. Additionally there are three half-tone photos of the university grounds and of the Cadet Corps. There is a roster of the Commissioned Officers of the University Corps of Cadets on the reverse.
Severe horizontal fold line (see scan) but no separation. A little rough along the bottom edge & few spots (see scan), otherwise good condition.
