OLD 1810 COURT DOCUMENT ALLEGANY COUNTY MARYLAND

This is an old Maryland Court Summons from ALLEGANY COUNTY, MD.

Part printed, part manuscript, it measures about 6 1/4 x 8"" and is dated 9 January 1810. It concerns a debt owed to Thomas McKlefish by John Danison, George Uphold, and Jeremiah Wilson. The document is separated about 1” along the left side of the fold line and about ½ along the right side. It is otherwise in good condition on paper of fine rag content.
